Story

From a modest beginning at our flagship location in the heart of downtown Brampton at the historic Rose Theatre, to our newly opened second venue on Lakeshore Boulevard east of Islington Avenue in Toronto’s West Beach, our exciting expansion is well underway.

At Pawn Kings Inc. we believe in customer satisfaction based on ensuring that customers’ comfort level and confidence in the service we provide will cement a long lasting relationship, whether you’re liquidating or acquiring. They listed a Hilti Te-60-22 hammer drill set for $800 on the fb marketplace, I agreed the price but they deleted the list and tell me wanna to sell for $1000, I agreed $1000 and he changed the price to $1400 and add two extra batteries, I agreed again for $1400 and ready to pick up for next day. But they told me the manager now changed the price again to $1950, they said it’s their mistake and can sell them to me for special offer “$1650 cash “and give me in shore “20% off” if I buy some other stuff. I don’t think I’ll go ahead to do any business with them. It’s a Very bad experience.

Went there today to buy a couple comics. They had great customer service and were also negotiable too!!! Gave honest and fair prices the people who helped were a ginger haired guy with glasses and a guy behind the counter dark skinned with cornrows
Although at the time they were busy with moving items around and it was crowded. Had some reservations from reviews and my own research about pawn shops. However, the staff at Pawn Kings assuming the owner was very straight forward and appraised my items that I was comfortable with. He explained the process, as I have never pawned anything before, and gave me viable options to consider. He was not rude, pushy or just trying to scam me, but rather took the time to explain and answered any questions I had. Great staff and store. Will highly recommend or return as a customer.
Love this little place. The staff are fantastic and very personable the owner is a really nice guy that tries to go out of his way to help people. I've seen him interact with people several times and he's a really nice guy. I bring my children to the shop with me and he's always very friendly with them and I appreciate that.
This place is Terrible The staff dont care about the customers, or if they leave happy. And they will always low ball you unless you have something really good, but youll still get ripped off, i wont go back here and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone looking for a fair deal, even the employees know they lowball you. Theyll even tell you that your better of selling your stuff elsewhere. They even told me they find the item USED on ebay and THEN they knock off 70% of that price offering you 1/3rd of the price of the item Brand New. Just Terrible.
One of my favourite ships in Brampton, they always have such unique things to peruse, electronics to sports memorabilia, tools, comics to an incredible selection of collectors knives and swords. I just bought my new watch there as well! Friendly staff and fun environment. You can find very cool gifts for people there as well.
I randomly walked into pawn kings first about 4 years ago, the owner was friendly and knowledgable. Walked out with a great quality instrument and when in the area I come back from time to time always with the same courtesy and friendly customer service. It can be quite busy at times but when given the chance to have a few questions answered they always give you a warm and honest answer even if it doesn't benefit them. Exactly what is needed in society nowadays! Will always return!
