Worst place to go. They dont how to talk to someone. The ladies have a terrible attitude and the gentleman over there has no manners and have no sense. Never going back there and would suggest you also not to go there.

Visited Roop Jewelers today to look at some stuff and was very pleased with the service and knowledge of staff. I was very happy with the workmanship, got a bracelet repaired while I waited. Will visit soon, hopefully for a new watch. Owner knows his watches and is very knowledgeable about piece of men's jewelry. Thanks again Roop Jewelers!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!the ladies at the store have a terrible attitude towards customers.I have bought some jewellery at this store a few times,but they have no appreciation for a regular customer.They are rude and ignorant.If you dont like something in 2 minutes they are annoyed ,no patience with customers.I am not going back there.
