We've had Terago as our only ISP for over 5 years, which was game-changing at the time of the switch. We would have had trouble growing the company without Terago's technology. Nobody besides myself, the office technician noticed the one short unplanned outage we had in that time, in the middle of a weekend night. Terago's service was spot-on for all those years.
The technician doesn't know how to solve the problem at all. Waste my time and feel so disappointed with this company.
