Find rural Internet elsewhere! But good luck with that, they've bought all the other tiny companies up. So if I had to chose between dial up and platinum, I'd go dial up. At least it's reliable.

Horrendous. Zero service since efirehose acquired by Platinum. Attempts to get service, if only to be able to check mail via webmail, are futile. There are no humans working the phones at Platinum. If you do press numbers in attempts to get assistance, the recording is that they do not provide that service. TERRIBLE COMPANY

im getting around 45 kbs download and around 20upload. Total crap in a bucket!

Really bad customer service. Been trying to get connected to their enterprise services for three weeks. They don't answer the phone. or respond to email till days or weeks have past.

Terrible Internet, spotty, continually cuts out. Customer support does not care or offer solutions. Would not recommend.

Worst company ever. Service is terrible, they have over loaded the towers to at least twice the amount they can handle.
