Visited this location to take advantage of their great phone plans. Amarinder was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about eSIMs and the best combination of phone plans that met our needs when porting over multiple lines! He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, as we had a very complex situation with regards to porting lines from multiple provinces. Highly recommend.
I needed a new phone and Amarinder was great. He helped me figure out a phone within my budget , explained everything throughly and was overall a great rep for the company.
Amarinder and Annirudh were a huge help when I upgraded my phone. They took great care in helping me find the right phone for me when I was struggling. Thank you soooo much!! Highly recommend!

Great support service ! Manager Amarinder was fantastic with his "let's try" attitude. He imported an esim to my new phone. He was confident in the process even though my phone is a US model without the sim card tray. In a short time, he accomplished what the technical specialist at the VM help desk could not.
