Ten Ren's Tea - Scarborough Town Centre

It was our first time trying their drinks. We got their mango and milk tea I didnt really like the milk tea but mango was alright. Maybe ask for extra sugar in the mango drink because ours was super sour but overall experience was ok. Friendly staff and fast service.

I ordered a large strawberry banana with tapioca. The service was quick didn’t wait long for my order. As for the drink it self I would say it’s like the LeBron James of drinks / bubble tea, just trash. The strawberry and banana didn’t taste fresh and the tapioca was a little hard as if it was still frozen. For anyone thinking of buying from this place I would suggest just go to the booster juice right down stairs or to any other place located in the mall.

You wait too long and the prices are crazy too high. Customers have to wait unnecessarily long while they ignore you. Don't like this place at all.

Over priced for sizes available. Boba doesn’t taste fresh.

I tried their iced oolong grapefruit tea with lychee jelly and it was great!

Not so busy location. Service was fine, the prices are a bit expensive, but their deals are not too bad. The bubble tea tasted good, but sometimes they tell you to wait 3 minutes. The sizes seem a bit smaller than other places, or they messed up my order because I ordered a large, but the cup looked to be a medium size.

Quick service and very friendly. Drinks and ice creams are amazing! Love their tapiocas, always tasty and soft! Always been my go-to place to get bubble tea !

It's especially busy on Saturdays and Fridays, yet the owner puts one employee on a shift. ONE. That is not how you treat your employees. Stop being so cheap, you need at least 4 people to manage the place properly. You're pressuring the employee so much by doing that! It's a 15-20 minute wait to get a drink when it's managed by only ONE person. You're losing so much business !!

Keep your eyes open lol! I don't know if she was in training but I watched the employee making drinks do 3 orders wrong in a row including mine. Honeydew instead of honey etc. Her coworker caught the last one and remade it correctly. Long wait time and line buildup because of that. Got the same thing I get everywhere honey milk tea and it was decent but nothing special.
