Great restaurant! Portion is pretty big and food is tasty. My family really like this restaurant. Don’t miss it if you like spicy food. Will definitely visit it again!

Terrible customer service. Employee was rude, impatient and not the least bit friendly. Decided to give it 2 stars for the location and drinks! Cute little store located at Yonge and Sheppard. As a plus, theh also have a claw machine! Drinks are decent but she was so rude I left upset.

I ordered on ubereats 2 times and the experience was great . I enjoyed the drink with the name Camellia no5, it was really tasty and fresh I have never experienced the freshness of tea and the variety of interesting toppings in any bubbletea shop in town. Although the order took a long time, it was okay. I hope you guys will add more English in future cuz I can’t read Mandarin or Chinese loll

Review is for Papa Spicyas of this writing its not located by Google. The restaurant is located together with ShuYi Had one of their grilled fish. It was good. Portion could be bigger. Overall a nice place to have a meal.

Ordered tea through Uber for my friends and I well before the store closing time. Our order kept on getting delayed for over 1.5hours then finally the store closed and there was no update with our order. Is your store even taking delivery orders? What a waste of time and money. Please take your business elsewhere to a more reliable store.

Horribly unprofessional. They request drivers for deliveries that aren't even close to being finished. They casually tell drivers it will be 15 minutes as if that's not completely unacceptable. No apologies, no explanation. Don't spend your money at such a disrespectful business.

There are countless issues with this restaurant. First of all, I used to work next door at the vape store and Shuyi Tealicous HAS A RODENT PROBLEM THAT THEY HIDE FROM CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE MICE RUNNING AROUND IN THE KITCHEN AND THE MICE EVEN HAD A HOLE FROK THEIR RESTAURANT TO THE VAOE STORE THAT WE HAD TO COVER UP BECAUSE IT WAS CREATING PROBLEMS FOR US. TRUST ME DO NOT EVER EAT HERE. They don’t cover drinks for deliveries. they let the drinks spill and if you ask them to fix it and make a new one because they don’t cover the drinks and they refused and we’re very rude and didn’t treat me with any respect and basically ignored me and said they can’t help. I would recommend going to a different place to eat or get bubble tea as there is a amazing bubble tea store across the street in the mall. They really need to fire the young man who does delivery orders. he is very rude and u helpful and never says have a good day when i say it. they hire rude inexperienced employees with no training and don’t even train them properly. whenever i walk in there there is always nobody in the front of the store. the staff are almost always in the back socializing like they are having a party. They always try to get the customer out very quickly. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT EATING HERE OR ORDERING FROM HERE. TRUST ME. DONT DO IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. THE OWNER LIES IN HIS RESPONSE. I am already in touch with pest control inspectors. Please don’t give this restaurant service. they are all around terrible quality, service, wait time, parking, cooking, too much ice in drinks. it is awful

I’ve been to this restaurant several times , because I love the flavor of their dishes, such as red pork hong shao rou, eggplant with minced meatrou mo qie zi . The staff is also nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you like Sichuan or Hunan food, or Chinese food in general. The flavor is the same as the food I had in China.

Ordered . It was stale , one of the meat pieces was rotten. It has 4.8 on Ubereats. When I raised the concern with Ubereats they wanted to see a photo to make sure if the food was really stale .
