Fine place. Never had any issues. They do not do magic and some spots never come out (can not completely undo the damage by that peace of juicy lamb that fell on my lap) but for the most part I have been satisfied with their services.

The basics you want from a cleaners is to sort of clean the clothes, not destroy them, and to fulfill their due-date commitment. I've patronized Ted's Cleaners twice. the first time, the clothes were not cleaned properly. I gave them one more chance, and they didn't have the clothes ready by the due date, causing me to go to a formal function under-dressed. while waiting in the long line, I witnessed a woman who was complaining about a pleated skirt, the pleats of which were completely messed up by the cleaners. After an argument, they were decent enough not charge me for this, though.

After years as a regular customer at their Hamden location my very nice winter coat was ruined and not only would they not help me the owner refused to talk to me in person or on the phone. So unfortunate. I cannot trust a company like that. They can clean ok but don't count on them if you are in a jam. I will not return. Nor can I recommend them.
