Howe Laundromat

The lady who watch the facility is smoking right at the door, and keep the door open. So all the smoke blow in the room. When I ask the lady to close the door, or smoke a little bit further. She said she could not, because she has to watch the facility. She is very mean to the customer. I never had the same situation in other laundromat. She is really bother the customer and very unprofessional. The laundromat is not cheaper than other place. But the service is surprisingly bad.

this is an awesome local laundromat. the prices are reasonable, there are many sizes of washer and dryers, it is always well maintained and clean, they offer dry cleaning and alteration services, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I recently learned of their pick up service where they pick and drop you off if you don't have a car. A perfect service for households without cars. The type of local business I like to support!

Great service! They fixed a few buttons on some of my shirts and did my cleaning and I'm a customer for life. Terrific job won't go anywhere else
