Very expensive for wash and fold service. Never have I’ve ever heard of 79$ for a single comforter wash and dry. For that price i can buy a new one. 39$ for a sleeping bag btw. Just as an addition to the over inflated prices. Must not know the community they are serving.

I never write reviews but the service here was so good I am. I usually do laundry myself but this week I didn’t have the time and I did their cleaning service. Their attention to detail was so good that they saved a pair of ear buds which I would never have caught! If you are in the Hamden area I would not go to any other laundromat. Edit: 3/2/2021 Wash in fold is still worth the money. I’ve been using it for a year now and it is still fast Usually done in the same day a relatively affordable. Also the laundry mat is by far the cleanest laundry mat I have ever seen and they clean each machine every night. I’ve tried other laundry mats and wash and folds that people have recommended and none of them are cheaper, cleaner, or better this one.

The worst place ever. They ruined three if my Purple Label Ralph Lauren jackets worth over $10,000. My velvet jacket’s lining was completely torn off and the other two are now “crooked” at the shoulders and the fabric is damaged, it has powdery substance in them. These are not the type of jackets one gets fixed at a tailor. They also destroyed my down comforter, its as though they ran it through the washer. Do not go there. I gave them a dozen button-down shirts and they returned them all in one plastic shopping bag. Then they had an attitude after I went to pick them up after having been ironed. I will let it go as I dont need the hassle but one day they will run into the wrong person, well deservingly, and learn their much needed lesson.

I would have given 5 stars because of good location and the place is clean and looks brand new. I read such great reviews. The customers who came in after me were quiet and everyone wore masks and kept to themselves and were respectful. Nothing wrong. The only issue was the older gentlemen who was cleaning the machines. He gave me the worst anxiety. Tried telling me I can't use the $7 washing machine as soon as I came in. I didn't have a lot of blankets. I said there isn't a sign that says I cant use it. Then, I asked did you just clean it? He said yes. I get it dude you just cleaned it but you're chasing customers away. I came in before 6:30 last wash is 8:30. I had plenty of time. The man shouldn't have cleaned the machine so soon. Then, he tells me I can go and use a machine if I still need it after 6 people came in and almost took all of them. He made me uncomfortable and I never been here before. I felt like I was being rushed. It was rude and uncalled for. This man then yelled at the next customer who came in who wanted to use the big washer too. I wasn't the only customer he was rude to. Some of my blankets were small throw blankets, pillow cases, and twin sheets I had 1 quilt. I could have only spent $9 and then this man forced me to have to use 2 machines and I spent $14 just to wash my blankets. I hope the owner understands; this man as nice as he tries to be and does work hard. Is making customers uncomfortable and feel like they cant do their own laundry in peace. I finally went to sit down and wait for blankets to dry and he yells at me from across the room 15ft away. Ms. I think I heard the buzzer!! Like really?!? I want to rest and the dryer had 25 minutes on the machine still. Then, he moved my cart that had my bags in it. Making me think he threw it away. Or someone took them. Then, lied when I asked him if he moved it? First time he said no. Then, I asked him differently. Sr. do you move carts that are in front of machines? He answered yes. So, he did move it and lied right to my face! I pray he isn't the owner and something can be done about this. I won't be returning unless he works on certain days and I can come on different days. If I do need to go to this laundry place. I will call the cops if he harasses me again like that. Who wants to go do laundry and be harrassed after a long day of work? Thursday around 6:15pm. Not me.

Unfortunately I came here to get a wash dry and fold service and when I got there the place was completely empty and very clean however the attendant told me that what I had was a lot of laundry and couldn’t be done today. It did seem like a lot but because the way I packed it and it was bulky with work coats. She wasn’t doing anything and didn’t wanna be bothered.

I don’t tipcaly go to Laundry mats but I’ll definitely be back to clean thing that are to big to do at home

They broke my wife's dress and made me wait 25 minutes while they pressed the broken dress. They did not even mention that the dress was broken and you could see where they tried to glue it back together. I expressed how frustrated I was that they kept me waiting for a broken dress and they charged me anyway. They offered to try to do something with the dress but at that point we were on our way out of town to the wedding that we needed it for. A couple weeks later I needed my suit cleaned for an interview and I thought I would give them another try. The person who was at the counter when I went to pick up the suit informed me that the owner almost refused to do the suit and thought that I owed them an apology for telling them that they were unprofessional when we were there for the dress. They really need to work on their customer service. They can't be trusted with anything you want to get back in one piece and even then they will lie to you about it.

The older gentleman never wears a mask. I saw him put on a mask as he was leaving to go to the store across the street. Mask wearing is not encouraged or enforced here.

Needed a 1 day clean on a suit. They were communicative and able to do it for me. Friendly and great service.

Nice clean Laundromat. Update: I just pulled up here, Laundromat is close!!! Did the hours change?? Supposed close at 10pm??
