Great service. I had a couple of issues from malware to an out of date OS. All was updated and my Mac Book Pro is back running as it should. Good people to deal with. Reasonable rates. Mark me as a happy customer.

Khalid was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when working on retrieving lost data from my laptop. He was communicative through the whole process, providing pictures and updates along the way. Overall a great experience with a kind and professional atmosphere.

Khalid is amazing! I have called these "1 800 Geek" services before and the service from him far surpasses any I've tried before. He is quick to respond be onsite in less than 24 hours, willing to go above and beyond taking home tasks to research - ie. the best pdf tool for my purposes and just a nice guy : Sometimes I find it hard to talk to tech people, they're so over my head, not with Khalid.

Had a power supply go on a saturday morning, TechOS, Khalid,  picked it up by noon and he had it working and delivered before most other companies said they could even look at. Great when the computer doubles as a work machine as well. I would recommend them and use them again.
