Great place to buy gadgets! The shopkeeper is super friendly and helpful. They will get the right thing for your budget and necessity. Also they will give you discounts if requested.
A lot of 2nd hand "refurbished" stuff being sold at a price a little high for what the items are. Some good sales items, which change regularly -- go look for the weekly sales flyer online. If you don't have a lot to spend, you might want to at least start your shopping here. They will throw in small itrmd if you make a larger purchase -- bought a new still in the box printer, asked them to just throw in a flash drive, free, which they did. Another time bought an on sale phone, asked for & got a free SIM card OR they just told me it would be free, 1 of the 2. I've been treated well there.
I came here for replace my computers battery. They said one or two days. I got a call next day that they say they need one more day. It was okay for me. 4th day I came to the store. A guy said 2 more days. I came 2 days later which is 6th day. He even didn't started yet. I do understand they are busy. they should've say it takes a week. If you are rushing, I don't recommend this place.
Ordered a refurbished phone online at an excellent price. It arrived within a few days. Then, Alia helped with issues involving my sim card. Fantastic experience.
Worst customer Service. No integrity or loyalty towards customer. Agreed on a price on call and when arrived they refuse to offer same price owing that we had come from far place we don't have any other option then to buy. Never visiting again.
AVOID THIS PLACE!! Bought a “like new” phone online, went to get my order and was handed garbage; asked for a refund, was told they’d honour the request, and NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. This place is a SCAM, absolute worst customer service.
FRAUD ALERT !!! These people are robbers. They unlock stolen phones for a price and allow the robber to not get tracked down by us through findmyiphone. I have proof that the phone last visited their shop and then it went off ! Because of these kinds of people we common people are suffering. I request request all to not support such stone hearted people.
I love this store. Interesting shop. Excellent prices. You are not shopping at a large chain shop so it is unique. I want these shops to do well so we have interesting brick and mortar stores in the community.
I dropped my phone off here because the screen protector was cracked up and quite old. I returned from the Gerrard Square, they had installed a new one and only charge me $10.
As an older woman shopping in an electronics store, I was extremely pleased with the patience shown to me at this very well stocked store. Not only was the product that I needed demonstrated to me with good humour, but the delightful young man solved a repair problem for me as well. How great is that? Thank you!
