Got to the store at 7:50pm after rushing to be there before they close at 8pm and a subway train delay didn't help but walked in 10 minutes to close. The lights were off in the back and the rude man who works there said to me "we are closed and you cant go back there" in a condescending voice. I needed the item for a timed work project and his refusal to let me buy the item because he wanted to close early was not an option. I told him what the item was and instructed him to go get it for me . "Stay there" he said in an angry tone. I don't know why people patronize this place. They treat their customers with hostility. I wonder if they found themselves with very few or no customers, how they would feel about it then. One star. I dont like going to this place any more.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Dishonest sketchy theives. They refuse to give receipts, the angle the prices they ring in away at the register away from you. They follow you around in the store when shopping, yet they steal and round up the amount they charge you. Don't bring your 3rd world flea market nonsense to this country. SInce the hardware store closed I figured this would be a good alterntive, NOPE. Reading these comments, it's obvious they are doing this to everyone.
Zero customer service, they’re thieves, please do not waste your money to save $20,$50. Get it from a legit store. These guys sells refurbished broken items in fake boxes and fake charger cables. And make money!! Stay away !!!
Great place to buy small stuff, not sure about the big ticket stuff but if you are looking for a cheap pack of gum then I would recommend this store.
Crooks ! Stay away from this place ! Full of liars and deceivers . I bought a phone —was told it was new.. it was not and further it was substandard .. approached within 2 days of purchase the company refused to honour their 30 day warranty. The senior owner appears decent but in the end is not . The lowest standards of customer care are here. An arrogant young man denied me access to the senior owner and insisted my phone was working simply because he could turn it on . Cheating is stealing. This incident was reported to Metro police. They will Investigate . Do not throw away your money on contraband goods and this extended family of retail criminals.

**BEWARE** Do not waste your time or money with these scam artists, they will knowingly sell you products that are not fully working. They have no return policy and you really shouldn't buy electronics in the same place you can buy a crackpipe. These scammers owe me a fraudulent restocking fee, plus I ended up getting the real product for a fraction of the price these thieves charged.
This place is just ridiculously over priced garbage never have what they say in stock and would rather make a profit then have a satisfied customer I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
They are big bigger big layer their fraud people. Please don't buy them anything. I bought a phone from them and it's not working in USA, only working in CANADA. I went for technical support but first they said our technician will be here around 2pm. I did wait then they said 5pm. End of the day the technician was not arrived. I given them 5 star becoz, I want my review on top.
It's very good store it's there many things small carpet like for your entrance cleaning supplies dishes and much more I like .
