Few months ago we purchased a Lenovo Carbon X1 from Infotech... Nice piece of equipment at a good price. Works perfectly. Will be recommended to friends and family.

I have bought several computers from Infotechcomputers over the years desktops and laptops and have always been completely satisfied. Recently I bought one which had a problem upon arrival and Infotech replaced it at no cost to me with very fast shipping and service. The replacement worked perfectly and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. An excellent transaction!

They could not fix my GTX 1070 video card. I dropped it off on a Thursday and did not hear from them for 3 business days. I actually had to call on Tuesday to get info and was told that they were sorry for not reaching out to me. They said that the card had too many problems to be fixed. And the card was returned. I was charged $25 diagnostic fee. The young man who returned the card told me that they did not work on the card, that it was just disassembled and upon visual inspection there was too much to be repaired. Now that I received the card I noticed there was a little bit of soldering done to it. Also it appears they lost one of my original black bolts and replaced it with a silver shorter one. This was a terrible experience and I advise other people to stay away from the shop for any PC repairs. They are incredibly unprofessional and it shows. Also upon arrival there was a disgruntled customer at the front door; punching and banging at the door screaming profanities at the staff. I was told by staff to meet them out back to avoid this lady. 0/10 experience

I purchased a refurbished computer in November, the desktop was shipped to me, upon powering it up it would not load the OS and generated an error message "Something went wrong" I contacted Infotech they requested I ship the PC back to them and they will service it. The PC was serviced I received a phone call advising it would be shipped back. I was out of the country for several weeks and just powered the PC on a few days ago, it powered on with the same error message!! "Something went wrong" attempt for windows to repair the issue have failed. This PC was obviously NOT SERVICED. I do not recommend this company.

When my laptop suddenly stopped working, I had heard that they did good work, so I took it to them to see if my laptop could be repaired. Sadly, it could not. But the salesman gave me some very good options as I was on a very tight budget and I was able to get a different laptop which in many ways, is better than the one that I lost. They were very helpful and Informative. I recommend them to anybody.

I have bought a few laptops from this store in-person and never had many problems. I ordered an old ThinkPad a while back and it was shipped in terrible condition. The keys were extremely sticky and hadn't been cleaned. The laptop wouldn't boot into the advertised OS W10. After debugging for a while I discovered the laptop was shipped without the harddrive even being plugged in. It was just bouncing around loosely in the laptop. I emailed them about it with no response. They don't care at all. There are more reliable places to buy refurbished laptops.

This is the kind of computer store that is a rare find nowadays. Friendly staff, lots of stuff and very helpful.

I trust and purchase from this company regularly. I value their sincerity, dependability, trustworthiness and top quality products. Each item I have purchased over the last few years is still working good and I seriously have had no issues or problems...I'm the type of blunt person who tells it as it is and if you want to purchase quality refurbished items, this it the company to buy from. You will not regret it in any way.
