You won't find better instructors or better people to train with . You will immediately find its more of a family environment than it is a team environment. With Jarod's coaching  I  personally took gold in my first ever IBJJJ tournament, and gold in my first PAN AM tournament

Solid Jiu Jitsu and great facilities. Everyone is nice and welcoming. Jarod and Marcela great instructors. I would certainly recommend this gym to any friend!

I've been training Jiu Jitsu at Team Lawton Martial Arts for a little over a year now. I'm a 32 year old man with a wife, kids and a full time job. The Lawtons are the best instructors/coaches/team mates you can find (not to mention highly decorated in competition) and this gym has a knack for attracting good people who train hard and treat each other kindly and with respect. I highly recommend giving it a try.
