The new location at 152 Western Ave is FANTASTIC. Same friendly faces from the old location in tremendous new digs. Hydro Massage! Tons of cardio and strength equipment.

I do like the new planet fitness plenty of machines! Great employees, very friendly but I wish they would take better care of it. It's new, Keep it new and clean! It is getting dirty.. The bathroom floors aren't cleaned daily or even every other day. They showers aren't cleaned often either. Very dirty I've noticed over the past few weeks especially! I go everyday during the week and there's clumps of hair on the floor that were there days before and in the shower there's clumps of stuff all over the showers, even a metal spring was in there the shower for 3 days. It is also dusty. I've noticed on top of the changing room doors are dusty. The machines have dust or in-between the weights the places where we as members don't clean

I find the staff to be helpful and friendly. The Augusta Maine location is very clean. The options for workouts are wonderful. I like the weight lifting circuit which is well maintained. I use the hydro massage beds and they are heavenly. I also like the hybrid tanner. I recommend Planet Fitness to people who are looking for an affordable decent gym.

This gym is decent. It has a good selection of equipment and nice amenities. Many of the staff that work there are pleasant and helpful however this morning the two ladies that were working were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They were on their phones the entire time I was there, ignoring customers and just so rude. I heard several people say thank you to them or have a good day and they just scowled and went back to playing on their phones.

I've been going to Planet Fitness since 2018 and have overall excellent experience. I love the new gym, though it's been around for about a year now, it's great. A lot bigger, more equipment and I can feel safe going and keeping distance from others. I do wish the staff were a bit more interactive, otherwise, I enjoy going!

This place is awesome. They have everything. And a lot of treadmills and ellipticals.  Very modern. A few different areas to do weight training. This place is huge and bright!

I really enjoy going here and it’s always so clean too which is a plus. I just wish this gym was opened 24 hours like some other gyms. I get out of work after 10pm and don’t always have time to before work :

Good selection, the equipment spacing is tight so I would hate to go when it's full. Nice amenities and the gentleman working morning is always so welcoming.
