I’ll change my review when my moms $385 is refunded. Employee told my brother there was no trial run or free pass to try the gym. Employee also stated they did not take cash but my brother should be able to use one of my moms checks. Brother went once and hurt his back and cancelled. They proceeded to charge my elderly mother $385 after other charges. They won’t provide my mom a copy of the contract or refund the money.

It desperately needs a renovation. Ive been with planet fitness on & off fo years & have visted pf's from MA to NH & ME. Waterville & Augusta need renovations! The tanning beds are pathetic as well as the lack of machines. Im ready to switch gyms. Driving to bangor or portland is an hour either way & i refuse tobdrive that long for a decent gym.

I go here a lot as a guest. There are a lot of machines and lots of options. Full body is doable. There a are a lot of cardio options. There is an entire weights section of the gym that I don't use just because I don't need it. There are changing rooms here, tanning beds, and there is another spa/treatment type thing that I can't remember. There is a stretching area, a place to to hang your jackets, and tables to sit at and wait if you need to. They have refrigerators with Gatorade and other drinks to buy. 

Very great place.

Super clean, friendly staff, not too crazy busy most times.  A great gym.
