went to this branch and some off the boat paki in customer service was rude and unprofessional plus they gave me the run around with my LOC accounts do not do business with this branch staff is very unprofessional and very slow service.

This is the worst place I have ever worked in my entire life. The manger DIANE SUTHERLAND is a terrible human being and treats her employees like cr@p!! They all hate her and she has been in the industry for far to long and is way to comfortable. This woman is so unhappy with her own life that she takes it out on the employees on a regular basis. I was very excited to get a job with TD until I met her. She carries herself in such a disrespectful manner and makes everyone's life hell!! She refuses to help her employees which makes it hard for them to do their jobs and improve, she does not encourage or educate them so it is not their fault that they are uneducated. She clearly does not want her employees to do well and treats them like the are an inconvenience. IF SHE IS WHAT REPRESENTS TD BANK EVERYONE SHOULD CLOSE THEIR ACCOUNT. I wouldn't even give this place a one star but apparently I have to in order to write this review. CONCERNED EMPLOYEE/CUSTOMER

Life time customer and it has been nothing short of perfect. This Branch is in a really difficult area and the branch manager Nicole Albers does a spectacular job
