National Bank

Starting to wonder if they're a real bank.

Great and friendly staff! I have been banking here for years but have definitely noticed improvement the last few times I have gone in! Looks like new people came in and turned it around!

I am in full agreement with the long list of negative reviews regarding this bank. They are pathetic in their service and follow-up. Nobody seems to know certain procedures and they end up calling the Montreal office for help, no different than any other customer - not confident inspiring at all. I have been waiting nearly two months now for a draft to be cancelled, followed their lengthy processes and the matter is still unresolved. Unless you have a specific number, trying to get through to anybody in that office isn't happening. Avoid this bank.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced with a bank. Follow up service is non-existent. Numerous complaints to te branch manager onpy to find out the position has a high turn around due to such terrible service.

By far the worst bank I have ever encountered. Horrible customer service, only 3 people work there, no receptionist so don't bothering calling. Guess they can't afford to hire one because it's been a month since the other left. Some of them don't even know what they are doing.
