The staff make you feel like they actually care. The ability to walk in and hear your name being called without it being required it's just the staff wishing me well. I like that, they take some of the confusion about banking. Thank you to the staff of 65 Mall Road. There are a few others at another branch that have made a difference to me. If I could rate the bank for the people alone it would be 15 out of 10. The ugly truth of the institution with its fees and such it is an easy reminder that it is still a business. There is just so much that the staff can do....they still have to follow the service fee ways of all institutions. Yeah TDCANADATRUST
