They treat everyone as a fraudulent, just want to deposit a cheque and asked me like million questions, it was more like I was under investigation, despite having much more amount in my account than the cheque and told me it will be 4 days on hold and answered it's, she kept asking me uncomfortable questions, like why do u have so much money in ur account? I felt like a trash, no wonder why ppl these days keeps their money elsewhere instead trash bank with low level workers so call teler

RBC is really good at including different kinds of people. They make sure everyone feels welcome and respected no matter who they are. It's nice to see people from different backgrounds working together.

Very busy location and they only ever have 1-2 tellers working at the front - please hire more people! It's always >30 min wait to be seen, no matter the time of day. Otherwise, I have received good customer service here, but the wait is not worth it.

Poor service... The old lady who work in the disable area feels like she own the place, no costumer service very rude and arrogant. They know lots of people waiting but they don't care.

Seems the location is getting better overall.nStaff are decent now, and are helpful.nMy opinion has changed over the past few months since I've been coming here more & more often.nnMy advice is if you are going to a teller, go to Julie. She's great.
