I had an amazing experience at TD Canada Trust Lindsay yesterday. Christine Nicolaides and her team were very kind, thorough and helped me with my problem quickly and with kindness. Would recommend this branch to anyone!

Worst experience at this branch. They gave my ex partner $1300.00 of my money with no ID no card not a joint account and refused to return any of the money.

They are great, very cooperative and helpful, but I get my account flagged and froze almost every other month which is annoying when you get your paycheck and you find out you can't pay your bills from your mobile banking and weren't planning on going out on check day only to pay bills and you call customer service and they say well you have to go into your local bank branch because we're unable to help. I really wish they had an option on mobile banking to verify the it's your activity and not suspicious activity.

My wife and I had an absolutely sensational experience with the TD lindsay team. Even when I booked the appointment Kyle was super friendly and knowledgeable...then when I came back for my appointment kyle remembered me ..it's nice to have a small town feel in a bank...then they set us up with Sam and she's was truly an absolutely amazing person making us feel like one of the family...I would highly recommend this bank...and I really want people to know about Sam to she was tremendous smart and funny and mad it feel like a breeze

Sam Hall helped do our application for our line of credit, she normally processes home equitys/LOCs etc, but so happy she took the time to sit down with us. Head office booked our appointment and just assumed we would have been fine using our home as collateral, but have others on title not willing to use the equity for a line of credit so we cannot do that. Instead of having to re book with someone else, she took the time to do our application and help speed along the process. Another woman, I believe her name was Deb… she took a while to get back with us about the approval and when things would get rolling… but it finally went through. I would recommend Sam Hall to anyone and everyone who is in need of financing!!
