Every bank I've gone to I've had problems. I've now been with TD for a couple years and never had a problem, great staff and great service. Definitely a bank I recommend when others are looking

After being a long term customer, they did not reverse a banking fee after providing myself with misinformation. I'll be switching all of my accounts and investments in the near future.

Highly inconsistent broken and asymmetrical information being given out to TD staff throughout Kingston. Went to the bank and was suggested to open a new account, they said if I wished to switch back I would have to see the teller in person again. I was unaware of the monthly fee and wanted to switch accounts ASAP - They were closed on Sunday so I travelled all the way to a far away TD bank. When I got there, they said that they "cannot do it for me" and i had to do it myself online. I said I was told to come see them in person and they said they cannot be authorized to switch an account (although they opened it)... I asked the teller if the change would be instant and she agreed. So I went through the online route and after sending it in, the confirmation says "your request will be processed in 2 business days"... taking me to Tuesday at least. Very frustrating process and wasted way too much time and energy on something that is not at all my fault.
