Excellence in all aspects of customer service. They know you by name...have convenient hours and are the better choice to big banks. The dividends are a nice touch and service fees are low.

Great credit union but the ATM at the downtown location is actually at the back of the building on Clarence Street. If you need to use this credit union you might be lucky as they often have free cookies.
