The mortgage staff here are inept. Information was withheld from us until the last min at which point we were essentially forced to accept their terms or we would lose our house. They have blundered up other large financing transactions and have provided poor customer service at best. If this function has allowed me to give zero stars I would have, but as it stands now they get 1. DO NOT GET YOUR MORTGAGE THROUGH THIS BRANCH!

Pretty sure its the oldest Bank building in Kingston and it looks amazing. Staff are super nice too.

Friendly, helpful and professional! I'm continually impressed with the high level of service and attention to detail that the branch team at 297 King Street East has provided for both my personal and my corporate banking needs. The team has made a much appreciated effort to know not just me any my staff, but also my family. True professionals and I look forward to banking with BMO for decades to come.
