Went to do some banking one day and was offered overdraft on my account. The teller was having trouble adding it to my account so the manager got me to sign the papers and she would add it after she was finished with another customer. Long story short they never added it to my account and when I needed to use it, it wasn't there. ( Its nice to have if you need some cash to get you to payday) Went to see what the problem was and was told that there was no record of me even signing anything. Was told that they couldn't do anything because the offer was expired and applying for it wouldn't benefit me. The manager I spoke with had nothing to offer as a solution and it felt like they didn't believe what I was saying. Definitely going to be switching banks as soon as possible. Not sure what it's like at different locations but I'd stay away from this one. Is it really that hard to help out long time customers?

I had terrible experience twice, I switched my mortgage to another institution and now TD branch has overcharged my account for hundreds of dollars illegally and unauthorized for my safety deposit box. I contacted TD telephone services and they said contact the branch they have every record. I went to the branch and spoke to the Customer Service Manager Nicolina Maiorino and asked her to provide me the letters advising me the increase because I have never received any notice from the bank but she said we don't have it here and it is kept by head office. People working in TD do not even know who is responsible for what ? She gave me in writing that I will be provided the letters by Monday (March 23rd) but they have failed to provide.(shame on you) Liars,Liars, Liars,..... Even the Manager Ms. Patel called me and said give me couple of days before she can provide me the information. My question is, what type of bank is this which does not have the record of what they are exercising? This is the worse, most unprofessional and dishonest bank I have ever experienced in my life. I am still waiting for bank repose to reverse the overcharged amount to my account. I am not finished yet dealing with this TD bank..............
