, I am 62 years old, and I have been a customer with TD for about 25 years, On February 23rd ,2022 TD Mega Center Notre-Dame , Ste Dorothee, Laval was the worst experience in my life, I had an appointment with Irene Skoulakis at 17:00 to purchase RRSP at my presence she denied the appointment with the excuse that I do not have a confirmation number!!!! I told her, since you are the one who called me 2 weeks ago to give this appointment without even mentioning a confirmation, then you have a problem!!!, as I was showing her my incoming phone calls history as a proof that she is the one who called , then her co-worker intervened and he yield at me “ you do not have a confirmation number!!and he started to intimidate me to the point he raised his hand on me!!! then he pointed to the door and told me” go out” ! I replied, just give me your Business Card and I am out of here !! at this point his boss came in and she pushed him back to his office!!!!!

Had an appointment about a credit card application. Associate asked too many personal questions, which made me really uncomfortable. When I told associate this is uncomfortable they replied with "just trying to get to know you". Terrible response. Also associate was not really helpful, didn't get my card it got declined and although I mentioned I wanted it secured, he doesn't care to actually help me get the card. So basically terrible customer service/on edge of harrasment and associate is not working on actually helping me get my card.

Flavio and Helena were most considerate. Helped prioritize my money transfer issue, and it got resolved much faster.

Poor customer service from the Loyalty department and they disconnected line because of 1 bad word used. It wasn't directed to the agent or TD Bank it was in passing a point. Closed all my accounts

It’s a nice branch of td very fast and efficient don’t even get me started about the employees that work there they’re so nice and polite and very helpful they take their time with you to ensure you’re getting the best service overall td bank is a pretty good bank in my opinion and if you’re new to Canada you should definitely make use of the newcomers package aka welcome to Canada and it’s a nice service it’s free for six month..but one thing tho they don’t give out credit cards if you’re relatively new so explore yourself options on that but overall it was a good fast and efficient process getting what i needed so you guys check it out !!

Although the service was slow, the polite and hardworking staff were eventually able to answer my questions. Ms.White was especially kind and helpful. Great service overall.

My adviser, German, was very helpful and professional. He is very knowledgeable about his services, he was able to answer all of my questions.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and do their best to serve customers quickly even during peak hours.
