TD Canada Trust

Very very poor service for everyday banking. Other services and average to adequate. I use to go here approximately once a week. One teller in particular is very rude, and I had problems with her on several occasions. She actually was telling another costumer about my banking. It consistently took me twice as long as other branches to do simple banking here. AVOID THIS BRANCH IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

Good service. I went to this branch several times, met two kind and patient ladies. One thing I don't like is the high cost for some services.

Very poor service, also charged me 15$ to certify a TD check. They could clearly see it had the funds in cash. What's the point of carrying a large balance in your account. They say everything free, but still find ways to charge you. Will not return to this branch.

Very bad customer service. I used to go to this branch at least once a week because it's closest to home. But most of their staff seem to be constantly having a bad day except for the nice lady sitting at the back. More than once I wanted to ask "what's with the long face?" I'd rather go to another branch now although its further away...

Great staff, a drive through, and a very handy couple of short term parking spots. Good hours for a bank as well.
