Courteous and helpful staff. I had a problem with a an international wire being rejected by the notorious wire team that chooses not to interact directly with customers. It was a manager at this branch that showed me the way and ultimately I received a refund for my losses. Overall, this is a conveniently located branch (and clean) that doesn't get crowded but they are closed on Sundays so if you want a locker, you have be mindful about accessing it. Parking is plentiful but the exit is painful, as you cannot go left on Leduc, instead, you have to go farther in towards the shopping district and make a U-turn. This can be tricky because of potential shopper rush.
