The worst ever. I called in after easyline told me I need to speak to the branch, a lady picked up saying bonjour as if she’s answering her personal phone and then I clearly said I spoke to easyline and they said I have to speak to the branch and yet she transferred me to easy line. I hang up and I call the branch again the same lady picks up and hang up straight up on me I mean really what is this?? I had to call a third time and thankfully a different person picked up who really did everything to help me out.

5 stars for the staff. They’re amazing.n0 for the ATM machines. I’ve been coming for months to deposit and withdraw cash and every single time the drive-through and indoor machines are not working and are unable to accept or give cash… as a financial institution, how is that acceptable? for a bank that claims to be the #1 bank, it’s very unfitting and frustrating.

Impossible to get a call back when you leave your name and number to have someone call you back. Honestly avoid this branch, they so bad I'm starting to think about switching all my banking away from TD after being with TD for nearly two decades!

Don't like this bank .cold tellers. Especially one person probably a manager she is very cold .nLittle of advice.. you all that work there do not know how to represent your selves in front of people go get training.nLast time I go to this bank ...n0 stars on 5

After speaking with the bank manager with my inquiries she was very polite and to the point. Yes there will be waiting lines ... but many transactions can be made on line or the green machine. Covid has really played a big roll on all services maybe we should all be a little more patient and kinder to one another, this goes both ways! Thank you for taking the time to call me back.
