Poor service, call center is full of people who are not familiar with the bank. It looks like the only thing they can do is to answer " this is because you did not make a full payment " . Why would I need to have a credit (which is basically "borrowing") from this place if I could have the full payment money ??? When I asked why during 2 years they increased the interest rate from 19% to 28% per year despite the payment always done on time, I received the same answer from different call center workers (with the strong accents , so I had to ask the same question few times): "you did not make the full payment". And this credit they give is for 5 years. In the beginning they don`t inform you that they will increase the interest rate. They lure you with their "19%". And the "28%" means that during those 5 years they make almost 140% from the money they simply lent you once. It is the money you work hard for and give away for nothing. They even don`t have the bank buildings. Once I make a full payment I will cancel this service, SO THEY WON`T BLEED ME ANYMORE. Was a very BAD CHOICE. A lot of banks give credits under 10% interest rate . Take your time to find them . It is worth it. Otherwise you will work hard to fill someone`s pocket with your money , so he gets rich while doing almost nothing while you work hard and become poor.
