wait time is long. They need more tellers. In winter time they close during what they call "snow days" while much smaller businesses run normally! Also, across all Fredericton (including the downtown branch) there is not a single representative (for TD) who deals with insurances, and similar services, on the spot, within the branch. So you end up doing a phone call to a 1 800 number to sign up for some home insurance. The problem with that is the length of the phone calls (almost 2 hours). TD has to consider serving this NB in a better way.....
