PC Financial has terrible customer service and zero loyalty to even long term customers. I was a customer for over seven years and when a single, FALSE entry on my credit report appeared, they immediately suspended my account and demanded full payment in order to reinstate my account, even though I explained the entry was FALSE and FRAUDULENT and had cleared up the matter. When I paid my balance off on its entirety, they did not reinstate my account; they said for me to go elsewhere. Do yourself a favor; DO NOT USE PC FINANCIAL IF YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING.
