TD Canada Trust

I've been waiting 3 weeks to have money transfered from an other TD branch in Quebec. Everytime I spot check, I get the run around. I hate being taken for granted

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at this branch. I went into the branch to apply for HELOC and the rep was very sure that I would be approved. A few days later the branch manager told me that I wasn't approved for HELOC instead they offered me a fixed rate mortgage. Later on I went to another branch in Calgary and they approved the HELOC. They phoned the Huntmar branch to cancel my original application. The branch manager then charged me $300 for property appraisal and refused to refund the money to me. They didn't give me the product which I applied for and instead offered me something else. I think this is a serious fraud issue.

I'm pretty much fed up with them. Twice I have done major borrowing with them, signed a lot of papers, and later found that I got what they wanted to sell me, not what I went in buy.

Logan has helped me and my girlfriend numerous times. Friendly and professional. Just a all round cool guy.

It's a small brach they don't have a washroom. Their is not even a water fountain. Their coffee machine is always out of order. Their staff are disinterested.
