I went in because I had lost my card, and while I was there the young black gentleman that helped me was very kind, and did good at making idle conversation and explaining to me the steps of the process.nnTragically, there was another man who was there for the same reason but didn't bring all the necessary documents for a replacement card became very irate, yelling and screaming, the branch manager did a fantastic job trying to get him outside and talk him down, which he didn't seem to be interested in, while the staff apologized to the other customers in the lobby. My applause to the branch manager for handling an impossible situation much with grace and civility and to the staff for trying to ease everyone else once the man was outside

I’ve always enjoyed banking at this branch and appreciate the familiar staff who recognize me and make the process smooth. However, during my recent visit I encountered a new supervisor/manager who needed to review my deposit over $2,000, which I completely understand as standard procedure.nnWhat concerned me was how the process was handled. As a long-time, weekly customer who consistently makes the same deposits, I felt I was used as an example for training in a way that was unnecessarily strict and uncomfortable. For instance, I was questioned about outdated information on my husband’s file, despite the fact that his employer has remained the same for over a decade and I routinely handle these transactions on his behalf.nnWhile I respect that new staff must learn proper procedures, the interaction left me feeling more like a suspect than a valued customer. It has me considering whether I should continue at this branch, which is disappointing because of how much I value the relationships I’ve built with your regular staff.

Although they are always polite. I only go when i absolutely have to . Wait is always long . I tried to explain the problem told me to call the investment line called them they send me back. After a few visits i get someone who cares and gets it done. Canada trust isnt the bank it use to be. Get better service with tangerine and they are only online.

Stacy took the time to reassure us after a very stressful week with minimal direction. She was kind and genuinely cared about solving our problem. Everybody at the branch is always very nice and helpful! I had a really pleasant interaction with one of the tellers named Joy. She went absolutely above and beyond for me and even lifted my spirits. Thank you Joy and to the rest of the team there. Highly recommend
