Was told by branch manager that I would have a phone call on Saturday as i was waiting for a chq to come in so that we can pay for my wife's car to be fixed. No such phone call happened. I went into the branch today to see if my chq was ready for pick up was told it could take up to three days. Why was I promised it would be ready on Saturday If it's not. Is my wife supposed to walk to work now??? Was supposed to pick her car up today but because the chq wasn't ready as promised my wife now has no vehicle for a few days. Thanks for nothing. this is why I switched to a different Bank. RBC this is why you now have me as a customer. Nothing but let downs by TD.

Well placed location with friendly staff. Atm is frequently out of cash or $50 only, parking lot is a nightmare

Atm often does not have cash. Had an issue with my account and the staff were not helpful at all.
