I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this TD location between February 11th and February 24th, 2026.nnOn February 11th, I spoke with Arun, who told me that my funds would be deposited into the TDS General Account within 2–3 business days. After that conversation, I had to call him multiple times because he never provided any updates. Each time I called the branch, I was told he was in back‑to‑back meetings, and despite assurances, neither he nor the manager ever returned my calls.nnOn February 17th, I went to the branch in person. A teller asked the manager on duty to check the TDS General Account, and I was told the funds were not there. No one followed up afterward. I had to take time away from work just to call for updates. On February 18th, a supervisor promised the manager would contact me—again, no call. Finally, on February 19th, the receptionist not the manager informed me that the funds would actually take 7–10 days. This contradicted what the mutual fund agent originally told me and caused disruptions to plans I had already made based on his timeline.nnAs of February 24th, after more than a dozen calls over two weeks, I still had not received a single proactive update. Every time I called, I was told managers were in meetings, and not one of them returned a call.nnMy recommendation to the managers and mutual fund representatives at this location: communicate with your clients. A simple email or quick update goes a long way. This experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and completely avoidable. I work in a customer service environment myself, and communication is the foundation of good client relationships.nnI’m glad I left TD years ago, and based on this experience, I would strongly advise anyone with investments to avoid this branch. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable.

His patience and approachable manner made what could have been a stressful situation feel comfortable and reassuring.nnKudos to this outstanding Assistant Branch Manager – and thank you.
After selling a property I had a 7 figure short term deposit to make. TD at this branch refused to help me. I took a money order instead and walked across the street to CIBC. They were happy to help.
As a small business owner I rely on my relationship with my bank for transactions and the operations of my business. Today, not only did the manager fail me, but also my client. I have a bathroom torn apart and the bank put a 5 day hold on a cheque I deposited because I don't put enough checks in the bank. I've only ever experienced a hold on my cheques when I first opened this account and now I have to tell my clients they won't be able to have their bathroom completed by xmas.
Overworked tellers, older clients wait too long and leave. 3 tellers on at lunch only 2 after 1 while Manager and Assistant Manager sit in office and ignore requests too meet. Feel bad for the staff here with a lack of leadership
