Incompetent lying miserable staff. Was left in the dark for 3 days after being locked out of my account,nnstaff lied to me multiple times, compete disregard to return any of my calls.nnAt least stay away from Rebecca.

would a put a zero star but google won’t let me do that. my husband came here for a loan in october. this bank lead him on for so long and only today say his request was denied after weeks of my husband asking for an update and them not even getting in touch. He had other co applicants and the branch failed to even give the best advice until today when they said “the other applicant would’ve been a better choice” … terrible service, won’t be using this place in future and don’t suggest it. shame.

I was bought in for what I thought was a meeting with a financial planner as I moved to Barrie and my present FP wasnt as readily available to meet in person because of distance. I assumed I was meeting with another FP but that wasn't the case it was an IC. We were both confused as to why her and I were meeting. A complete waste of time. So I was told that absolutely their FP would contact me the very next day.nIt's been 8 days and no call. I will be moving my investments elsewhere.

Very poorly managed. I feel sorry for the staff that are left working to deal with customers that have been waiting in line and extensive. Amount of time. Today the line up was long and slow in the manager walked by with her water bottle, eyes looking at her shoes, ignoring the long line. In the old days that manager would've jumped in and had the line moving. Terrible terrible. Terrible management.
