TD Canada Trust

Unfortunately 0 is not an option or I would have given it to this branch. I am by far a high roller and understand that there are policies in place for certain things, but if I come into a branch to make a deposit, knowing full well where it came from and having deposited cheques of its like in the past, why should there be a 15 day hold put on it? Then travel to another branch and have it deposited right away. I've been with Canada Trust since 1988 and have been to many branches, and obviously have a long standing business relationship with TDCT. I do all my banking with them, but the manager on 10/25/17 at approximately 2:30pm has made it so that I will never enter this branch again.

Went there first time and had a great experience. Commercial teller was awesome and extremely refreshing (I'm not a commercial account)

Best customer experience I have had, but poor service for student banking. Was charged over and over just for transferring money into my savings. Was told to just use my credit all the time instead. I only use my credit card for emergencies as I am a student. Left after that. Loved the rest of my experience though.
