Well, never thought I would be writing a SCATHING review in an attempt to SHUTDOWN an entire banking instititution but here it is, the DISGUSTING BUT VERY BURNING TRUTH of what happens in 2 of this banks locations:((( My name is Trevour Mackenzie and I have literally been through HELL AND BACK most of my life but especially the last 13 years since divorcing my ex wife:((( On Friday January 13th 2011 I was forced to file for bankruptct after a life full of smart and responsible fiscal decisions around my money. The reason for this 1st hand was due to having to live on credit after losing my 1st ever job 3 weeks after I was baptized at Mapleview Community Church (which is now located at 300 Mapleview drive West and will have a GLOWING 5 STAR REVIEW WITH PICTURES by end Oct.29th 2017) by the now dispanded Phone Guide, which was sold to Canpages in August 2009 and only maybe 3 of my family made the transition but thank GOD FORMER BOSS LARRY was not safe as I was going to report him for INTIMATIDATION IN THE WORK PLACE, which Jay KRAFT could confirm!:))) Back to Scotia though...when I came into the 19 branch mentioned earlier in the earlh spring of 2015 wearing my Domino's pizza delivery uniform not carrying more than $130 in cash that I NEVER KEEP ON ME as drivers here are TRAINED EXTREMEMLY WELL, one of the female managers asked me at the reception desk in front of the tellers if she could help me...so I obliged to get done quicker instead of using the drive-thru or self serve machines but when I offered my small amount of cash, she INSULTED ME by asking where I got this cash...I was prepared to make a mess of the scene but obviously didn't as eventhough I did screw up very badly twice in 9 months between April 2015 and January 2016, I served my 7.5 months in CNCC but wouldn't hurt anyone let alone a woman or child. She never apologized and stupidly I never asked for her superior and the President/CEO of Scotiabank...because that was the bank I was accused of stealing a business money drop bag when managing for STAPLES BUSINESS DEPOT IN ORIĹLIA's old CANADIAN TIRE in 2000 while we waited for the new store off Hwy11 to be raised from its sinking swamp land. That location never formaĺly apologized to me, my direct report Service Manager Paul or the sales or general managers so I quit shortly after and left one of the BEST COMPANIES WITH THE BEST MANAGEMENT AND FRAUDULENT AND SHOPLIFTING TRAINING PROGRAMS except that they screw up by makinf us deliberately make us in todays world allow the suspected thief or worse get out of the store before reacted and foĺlowing through on our training. I cannot believe nor accept that the MLSEs new PRESIDENT AND CEO WOILD STILL WANT A $800 million 20 year contract with the bank that the Ottawa Senators no longer support but got the MOST TRUSTWORTHY AND PATRIOTIC CANADIAN COMPANY OTHER THAN TIM HORTONS...CANADIAN TIRE...I WOULD CALL DOMINO'S CANADA, KOODO/TELUS AND MERIDIAN CREDIT UNION personally before you make the BIGGEST MISTAKE IN FRANCHISE HISTORY SINCE THE RUSS COURTNALL READE FOR JOHN KORDIC ( no offense Mr.Cordic spelling) and this review is no where close to that coming for 534 Baufield street Narrie TDCANADATRUST who is the WORST CANADIAN BRANCH AND INSTITUTION IN CANADA HANDSDOWN FOR opening a Personal chequing accoumt and Line of credit bynmy aunt and Uncle that impersonated as mh parents mh whole life simplh to steal well over $ 70 000 from me and Tangerine and frim Canadatrust originally opened as a baby...if you want the BEST DAMN SERVICE AND UNLIMITED PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT AND KNOW THAT THEIR WORD IS THEIR BOND, JUST MAKE THE BEST DAMN DECISION YOU'LL EVER MAKE AND MONEY INTEREST YOU'LL MAKE AND ASK HOPEFULLY FOR THE ONLY TRUSTWORTHY FORMER SCOTIABANK EMPLOYEE AT 19 MAPLEVIEW DRIVE WEST . AVOID SCOTIABANK AND TDCANADATRUST LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!:(((

Sometimes can be a long wait but employees are always very friendly and try to help as much as they can.

Financial Advisors in this branch don't know how to calculate interest. When i ask gave me funny numbers. They don't tell u about hidden charges and when u r charge and go with them they make stories.Not at all helpful Total Scrap.

Go to another bank! the assistant manager is a liar, as is the finical person I dealt with. Dealing with my fathers estate, all I got was miss-information and ignored phone calls. They literally ignore my phone calls - no one there will ever answer a phone, or reply to emails. My question was a simple yes or no affair. I simply hate these people, every bad thing you ever heard about a bank in one convenient location!
