TD Canada Trust

I am being the costumer for 16 years, this branch has never made me feel satisfied, some of the teller looks like they are forced to be there and everytime I find a good teller, they take transfer to another branch. the advisor's in the office are rude. no matter how many times I see them, they never recognize me. Always felt a stranger to this branch. Its really sad I work hard and all my money goes there and when i go to manage my account , I feel like its not my money, felt like I am stealing their money. how sad is this. I am planning to open my account with bank of montreal. And close all my business with TD Bank, because of the years of dissatisfied service provided by the saint-charles branch.

Had an account for 15 years. Some teller gave me attitude and purposefully held my deposit for 30 days after I was assured 3 days. They tried to fix it but the next time I went in he made a comment to the cashier manager And she gave me attitude like I should be happy to be honored with their service! Solved the problem by going to Royal bank. Love Royal and would NEVER look back.

Horrible staff, I been with Td for 8 years. I work full time always same job, went in with my girlfriend to cash my pay she put it on hold for 10 days for no reason what so ever, than on top of that was super rude to my girlfrind.she had a problem with lesbians and just couldnt hold it in. Changed bank with CIBC best service ever.

Bad customer service. I feel like they don't want to help out their clients whatsoever.
