TD Canada Trust

I should have done this a while back! I have recanted my 1 star review and changed it to match the times slight pun. The employees in Shelburne have always been courteous and helpful. My previous review was based solely on the hours of operation, nothing to do with what goes on inside. Those hours have since changed and I am grateful:

Great service, I hope they open for longer hours since it the only TD bank in the area and I hope they also consider opening on weekends. TD is a one of the most commonly used banks in Canada and with this hours 11-4 with no weekends is very hard and stressful when I really need to go to a branch before or after work or when I’m free on weekends. I wish they get more service of hours and days available for the their customers

I don’t often leave reviews nor really comment on my experience as a customer, but banking here consistently makes our lives better. The customer service is top-tier, and its carefully tuned to our individual needs living in a small town with busy schedules. My partner often does our banking in-person while I wait for him, running other errands; he always returns from his time at this branch feeling relieved at the ease of the experience. It's truly notable. Thank you so much, folks!

The staff is consistently great but the short hours are inconvenient, especially considering that the ATM doesn't dispense 50's or 10's. Incredibly frustrating when I can't do business at the machine or in the bank and have to go to another bank's ATM to do what I need to do with a service charge attached

Not all TD branches are created the same. I was able to access services here that other TD branches refused to do. Plus, the manager Anthony has thoroughly trained all employees to be kind, courteous and to work above and beyond. Thanks Anthony for making banking so much more convenient.
