RBC Royal Bank

My varied banking needs have always been met at this branch. I've had especially good advice and care when it came to procuring a building loan to build our home years ago thanks Olive Squier, any refinancing or debt consolidation we've ever needed, and most recently with renewing our mortgage thanks Catherine Gaspar! Would definitely recommend this bank and branch to anyone wanting excellent advice, and personalized service that goes well above and beyond what you'd expect!

The manager at this branch is completely useless. Waste of space. Unhelpful unsympathetic and overrated. If I could give this a -1 rating I would. Should be ashamed of yourself for being less than helpful with customers. The tellers she clearly stated didn’t know what they were doing. What a horrible business. But it’s shelburne what can we expect

Not that helpful anymore....they put my cheques on hold for a week.. I started this bank 2015 i use to be able to deposit my cheques and was all available but not anymore.....it's it feels like A bad treating

They treat clients of visible minorities with disrespect. A client ahead of me ordered 3 sets of different cash currencies. No questions and or verifications was asked regarding her account. It was a simple question of “would you like that in large bills or mixed bills”. My turn comes and the same CSR is asking me multiple questions to “verify” my account. I called her out because she most likely assumed I had a language barrier. To her surprise my Canadian English was up to par! She felt embarrassed afterwards going forward I will commute elsewhere will not bring this racist location my business respectfully!

i Can easily say that the RBC is one of the best banks I’ve had to deal with very low interest rates on accounts and I always leave there satisfied and or wallet full of cash with ease. The staff at this branch are very friendly and really care about saving you money, Not pushing you to increase your credit card limit or anything they helped me as a young adult in his 20s to fully understand how to save and spend money the right way and increase and maintain my credit! Big thumbs up Ladies keep up the great work
