TCF Bank ATM

Been with TCF for 17yrs I'm shutting down all 4 accts. checking savings and two loans, they could not get any worse as far as over charging for "free" checking and min balance saving monthly charges, never again will I step foot in this so called"Bank". It's gone way down hill...STAY AWAY, STICK YOUR MONEY UNDER YOUR MATTRESS AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW WHERE IT IS, YOU'D STILL BE BETTER OFF!

Tom T. the loan officer for this location and Excelsior was very rude to me. He made a claim that I don't know what I was talking about when the truth was that he didn't know what he was talking about since he jumped to conclusions that he was always right. I tried being nice and working him more, but he dropped the ball and never gave me anymore information that he told me he would give me. I would never recommend getting a mortgage from TCF bank. Tom T. is very unprofessional and is terrible at communicating.

I go to Cub Foods in Chanhassen once a week to stock up on groceries and every time I walk by the TCF Bank, the tellers are standing in the aisle attempting to attract new customers. It has been going on for a year and is extremely annoying. They are nice enough and politely take "no" for an answer, but I just want to go in, grocery shop, and not have to be guilt-tripped into talking to a TCF teller. I make a point to walk all the way to the other end of the aisle to avoid the TCF Bank.
