Wells Fargo Bank

Could someone please tell me what on earth is going on at this branch? I have had perfect service there until now. The staff are a disgrace, obnoxious and very poorly trained. When I asked after the staff that are no longer there I was told by their "senior" banker that one of the managers had moved to another branch, the other manager had been fired and the banker had been demoted and moved to another branch. I asked which branch they where at and she said she could not tell me. Later that week I went to the main branch in Chaska and discovered that the manager and banker are both there and although it is out of my way I will be doing all my banking business at that location now. If you want to be helped quickly and correctly don't go to pioneer trail go to the main branch, you will find the staff are professional, friendly and this may sound old fashioned but they are all dressed how you would expected someone working in a bank to be dressed.

My husband since June has been trying to sort out a cashier's check he got at Wells Fargo. Now it was not Wells Fargo fault that the funds where not distributed correctly and he had been told by two other Wells Fargo branches and a very unhelpful manager that they could not do anything and I stress ANYTHING to help. He decided to ask one more banker for help and he met Zoe at this branch and we could not be any happier with the level of service provided to him. Talk about going above and beyond for us, absolutely nothing was too much trouble and she was able to get information from companies that we have been trying to do since June. It took two visits to sort everything out but it is now done and we are not facing a very serious financial loss. This young lady really seems to understand her customers and put them first, I can understand now why she had so many people waiting patiently to sit with her. Other Wells Fargo bankers and one manager could do with learning a few things from her. Zoe I hope you happen to see this and know how much we appreciate you, keep doing exactly what you are doing and we see great things for your future. Thank you.

Great Customer Service Team Kyla was especially helpful! Wish this team was at the main store the downtown branch is awful. The only reason I still bank at Wellsfargo is because of this branch.
