Customer service is superb, exceed expectation, I sign up my plan and get a new phone. Love coming to this location, have been for almost 5 years whenever I need to renew my plan. JC is my agent, he’s always giving me the best deals, really nice guy and super friendly overall knows how to take care of his customers, as I’ve seen him treat others with the same amount of respect and positivity.
Ravi was absolutely amazing and extremely patient while helping us, he set both me and my mom up with new phones after mine got stolen and he definitely made the experience much more bearable. I highly recommend going to him if you need any help with a new phone or phone plan!

Sonia is the best!!! She was amazing from day one! My sister and her husband had just landed in Canada and we were shopping around for a cel phone each as well as a provider. Trust me, we went to MANY stores before meeting Sonia, and what made us close the deal at your store was her unbeatable customer service. She helped them in every single detail, from the docs that they needed to apply to chosing a phone and a provider, always with a smile on her face. We dont see this often in Canada. 2 weeks after that I was in Toronto and had my phone stolen. I contacted Sonia right away you dont forget that kind of service right? And she helped me to get a new one, as well as cancel my previous provider and hook me up with a new one. This all happened over the phone Sonia in BC and myself in Toronto. I went to the Toronto store, and even the manager there didnt want to help, so I called Sonia, and she figured everything out. I have no words to describe how grateful I am for her help. She gained the store 3 new customers and my partner will be switching his phone with Sonia's help as well. Not to mention that from now on, everyone that is looking for a phone will hear about her :
