The screen protector they sold me costed $20 and was really awful to use. Like I can deal with the bad sensitivity but it literally fell off my screen when I dropped my phone. I bought a new screen protector from amazon for slightly less, went to these guys and said, look I'm not going to ask for my money back for selling me a bad product, but at least can you put the screen protector on for me? They said they'd have to charge $5 to do that. No way! I put the screen protector on myself and it works way better

Do not get your phone battery replaced here! Replacement batter for my iPhone was useless after 6 months and when I went to get it replaced again - this time properly - they found that it had been installed incorrectly without the pull tab to remove it so it basically can’t be removed again without damaging the phone. Waste of money, and has pretty much made my phone useless.

It's been under a new management I believe. Went to buy few cases for my staff at my office for Christmas. Guy knew his stuff and it was quite painless experience all together. He offered reasonably good discount as I bought more then 10items in total.

Sh***y product with no guarantee on screen protector. A complete waste of money and time for 6 days of coverage. Response from store, "Throw it out. Nothing we can do for you."
