I do not recommend this store to anyone, and I feel obligated to share my negative experience with others. During my recent visit to the store, the agent offered me an iPhone 14 Pro at an attractive price in exchange for my iPhone 13, with zero down payment. When I asked about any outstanding balances, the agent reassured me that there were none to worry about. However, upon receiving my Fido bill a week later, I was shocked to find a charge of $509. Upon returning to the store to address the issue, the agent acknowledged their mistake and expressed a willingness to correct it. He spoke to the store manager and informed me that he would follow up with an email, which would include the store manager and district manager. However, the email I received only came from the agent and did not include any other parties. After waiting for one week I received an email from the agent stating that they would only pay a maximum of $300 toward the outstanding balance in the next three to four months. This is despite the fact that the balance is due now, and I already informed the store's management that I cannot afford to pay this amount. Even after reaching out to Fido and Tbooth to resolve the matter, I received no assistance, and my phone was eventually disconnected due to their mistake, and this happened on the day I had a phone appointment with my family doctor. I returned to the store to seek further assistance, only to be informed that the store manager was on vacation. As I am unable to afford the outstanding balance, I find myself in a difficult and frustrating situation. And no one has helped me to this very moment!
Customer service is superb, exceed expectation, I sign up my plan and get a new phone. JC has helped me to everything, getting phone plan paying same amount but upgraded phone & transfer data to my new phone. Appreciate very much. I have no hesitation to recommend him to prospective customers who wants excellent service. Thank you again! You are greatest of the great!! JC
Love coming to this location, have been for almost 5 years whenever I need to renew my plan. JC is my agent, he’s always giving me the best deals, really nice guy and super friendly overall knows how to take care of his customers, as I’ve seen him treat others with the same amount of respect and positivity.
I just got a iphone 14 pro max from Tbooth with Mukul and the process was very smooth. Thanks to his service I have got my phone at 0 down with great offer.

This store gave me and my wife poor service, resulting in an unexpected $500 bill, because they promoted to us a brand new I-phone 14 and asked my wife to trade in her old phone. They said the outstanding balance from the previous phone will be waived, but it was not and now my wife is dealing with a 500$ bill that neither Fido, nor this store is willing to help us with!
I highly recommend JC of tbooth metrotown. I always get my phone and plan from him since 2018. Everytime, I always get the best promotion and great customer service. He is also patient with me because I'm not techie and does not know anything about technology. But he is there to set up everything I need. Even my Google maps and Bluetooth headphone. He is also welcoming and really approachable nature and aura. Go see him to know what I mean.
I had the best experience at Tbooth. After running here and there for average deals and limited stock, Sonia was the one who recommended an amazing deal on plans and phones and made my day. She is truly an expert. 100% recommendation for Sonia’s outstanding customer service. Do visit Tbooth at Metropolis and ask for her guidance.
Ravi was absolutely amazing and extremely patient while helping us, he set both me and my mom up with new phones after mine got stolen and he definitely made the experience much more bearable. I highly recommend going to him if you need any help with a new phone or phone plan!
