Taxi Pontiac VIP Hemlock

On our way to the airport, we waited 20 minutes past scheduled time for Bonjour Taxi which never showed up. We flagged Pontiac on our street and were very pleased with service.

Worst taxi ride I've ever taken. I so rarely write reviews but wow this service was horrible. The driver took us on a $20+ detour, kept missing turns and getting the location wrong. He seemed confused and unable to take instructions. When we dropped one of us off at our first stop, he began driving away with the trunk open as one of us was unloading. He did not listen to us or did not understand us or did not care. I know this is just one driver and not representative of the company as a whole, but wow it was so bad I felt compelled to leave a complaint. I tried calling to complain, and the teller directed me to a phone number for "complaints" which was the number I had just dialled. I was honestly astounded at how bad this was. Looks like I'll finally be making the switch to Uber.

Rude and will ask you for 30 dollars plus tips for no counter while the ride usually because I take it everyday cost 16$ plus 4 tips; never again; the one star is because I use this taxi ride to call cab for very drunk customers while they mostly don't even take the clients so yeah; at your own risk

Unreliable and poor service. Waited 45 mins for a taxi that never showed up. Called to have a new sent after 20mins of waiting, then after another 20mins. Flagged down an independent taxi.

Took a little long to arrive, but other then that great service, took the optimal route well avoiding any traffic. What was a $28 uber was only a $22 taxi.

Easy and fast service to the airport from Verdun. We called and the car was at our door in 2 mins. The car had ac and the driver was nice.

Was on hold for 15 min for a taxi and in the end nothing came. So i called an UBER and was at my door in 5 min.

Second time in 48 hours that they cant send a can in a reasonable amount of time I just wasted 15 minutes to end up on a bus. Never had issues like this before even at rush hour

Level of customer service is poor waited an hour for a taxi one evening and no sort of consideration for my time from the company

They originated in Ville Emard.They are prompt and DO NOT take the long way for cash.I. have dealt with them for 5 years.Prior i never took taxis, very rare! I chose them I also like Pontiac.
