Very bad service! Waited 20 min for taxi! The driver came to the address and he left! I called the company, they said you were not in front of the door and the driver left! I waited an other 10 min. He didn't want to take me to the address that I mentioned! I had to take an other taxi! Terrible service!
Courteous dispatcher and effective automated system. The cabs sometimes take too long to arrive and there's this one driver who steps on the gas and breaks within five seconds of each other. I arrived at my destination completely nauseous. But they know their way around town.
