Great gem of a restaurant. Super friendly owners, I think it’s a family run business. It’s quiet, quant and simple. Fresh and fairly priced. It’s as authentic as it gets for Korean food. definitely a good place to discover if you live in the area.
This was my first time trying the food. I will list the pros and then what could have been better. Very good presentation for the baked tofu lunch box. The tofu was great and daikon was really tasty and authentic. The containers prevented leaking as I ate traveling. For dinner, I had the soft tofu soup. It had good veggies and some seafood. The zuchinni was a little old here and not that fresh. Also, it had so much spice it was overwhelming the entire dish, needed to be balanced. The price was right but I personally thought it had so much salt and spice, there needed some tweaking. I know the owner takes pride in his operation so I hope they succeed!
Incredible family restaurant.. We came for their Korean food and We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back again ! We came with 2 young kids and all of us couldn’t stop saying Yumm! Food is full of flavors and fresh and plenty of choices to suit everyone.
True to its name. Flavourful food coupled with homely service would ensure that you keep coming back. The ambience is perfect and goes on to create an authentic experience.
Had a great time here. Food was good and the owners were friendly will definitely visit again soon.
I had a spider roll and the size was pretty big. I could see that they use good quality ingredients. It was an open kitchen style which made me more reliable for the foods! The taste was so nice. I didn’t expect that they put one whole crab inside for a roll. It was absolutely tasty. Also the place was very warm. The owner n other staffs really welcomed me and provided good services. I will visit here again for sure
Went there to try some Korean food. They mostly have food for non-vegetarians but me being a vegetarian they still have a lot of vegetarian food.Food: 5/5
Food here is absolutely delicious and very well priced! Very home-y and cozy feeling, and the folks who run this place are very personable and passionate about what they do! I had the kimchi tofu pork soup, and my partner had the pork bone soup. Both come with rice and side dishes, and we left full and very satisfied. We dined in and only wished the place was a bit cleaner and more organized - random things were everywhere, no music which makes dining kind of awkward and the seating wasn’t that comfortable. Edit: came back twice and the owner’s son decided to close an hour earlier than their stated closing time, which is kind of frustrating and unprofessional. Food is still good but make sure to go early!
What a hidden gem! This place has an amazing homey feel to it. The owners are so nice and friendly it feels like they are inviting you into their home. This is some of the best most authentic Korean food I’ve had. Everything is so simple but well done, the photos don't do it justice. Definitely going to be a regular here. I would recommend anything off the menu. I love the kimchi tofu pork soup, fried chicken and the bibimbap!
Amazing cozy restaurant for authentic Korean and Japanese homemade food. Family run business. Great options and portions - highly recommended.Food: 5/5
