I love that vet!! They are so kind and patient.they took real good care of my fur baby dog .he needed to extract some teeth and had a very bad infection .now he is free of infection and clean teeth.while they took care of that they did a free nail cut and clean a bobo je had on his back.the price are really good and low. The place doesnt look very nice when u walk in but trust me i recommand them to everyone.they are honest and wont make u pay for something if your dog dont need it. The only negative side would be you cant make a phone appointment u need to go early in the morning and wait in line to have a number they open a 8 but got to be there in line before 6 if you wanna make sure to see the vet

Staff are really nice and understanding, if you want to see a vet without appointment I suggest your arrive around 6h30 am and wait at the door. My cat received surgery and healed pretty quickly and the price are much much cheaper than other veterinary! Overall I would recommend

They saved my cat Phoenix's life. All the vets around my place none of them were available for the whole week. Tachereau veterinarian hospital was able to see my cat, the next day emergency surgery was performed and saved my cat's life special mentions to Dr. Jean-simon Richard, and Sherylann for special attention and care. I am extremely pleased with my experience thus far. My dog has had her first shots here and it went very well. She just had a hysterectomy and that went equally well. I’m so impressed with the post op call I received afterwards. Thanks again!

You need to show up early in the morning and line up for a while in order to secure an appointment. Do not bother bringing your pet as you will likely come back a few hours later. My partner lined up at 6AM 3-4 people ahead of him and then around 7AM they started giving out appointments. My cat was seen around 10:30AM. It’s very difficult to see a vet the same day especially if it’s not deemed urgent, so we’re grateful that our cat was checked fairly quickly. It’s our 3rd visit here and the process is pretty much always the same and we always leave satisfied with their service. So if you don’t mind showing up earlier and waiting, then I recommend this!

Dr. Allan is a life saver. You’re pet can be seen on the same day and the prices are amazing. Sure there is a wait but it is so worth it. Thank you for taking care of our loved ones.

You have to arrive early to reserve a spot to be seen, but apart from that, you can't beat the nice staff and the honest care they provide. You won't find cheaper care, anywhere, either. I will definitely be recommending this place to other pet owners!

Pet ER is expensive, but these guys justified the cost and informed me properly of the options. My dog was bitten and has exposed bone on his leg. It cost a little over $1000 for assessment, sedation and removal of dead tissue, however it was quick and I wasn't bullied into a full surgical team and useless xray. It's a gory injury, but it's healing nicely thanks to the minimal intervention and prescribed antibiotics.

Great experience with vaccines and sterilization of our kitten. The reasonable prices and amazing care make the journey from Lachine worth it! Our kitten might have a different opinion about having to wear her cone though :P

I went to the clinic as a 'walk in' and arrived around 5h30am. At that time there were already 10 people ahead of me so I suggest that you show up at the very latest around 6am. That day considering that they took 22 walk ins i was able to get a spot. The previous week due to a shortage of vets i was sent home without an appointment. When the clinic opens around 7am you will be given a number and an opportunity to register your pet you are not obligated to come with your pet, the clinic will call you prior to seeing the vet, as this can take hours . I went for a routine check-up for my pet. The vet tech was very attentive and did a pretty good job at listening to my concerns and evaluating my pet. When i had the chance to see the vet- He was a bit quiet, and didnt maintain much eye contact. I had to remind him that i needed medication to be prescribed for my pets issues previously identified by the vet tech. I felt like the appointment with the vet was a bit fast tracked and that some things were overseen. I was also given another appointment for some additional tests/procedures after insisting that my pet needed further care in these areas. Overall, i dont feel like the vet, himself was very thorough. However, I do like this clinic and it is extremely affordable so i would come back for minor issues. For major issues i feel like i would need to see someone that really takes the time to address the issues at hand.
